You use this website subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.2

The Voucher Store service is a membership-based service and you will be required to submit a unique security user ID and password prior to gaining entry into the service.

1.3

You are entirely responsible for setting your password and maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. If you believe that your password has become compromised, you should contact us as soon as possible and (subject to security checks) we will send you a link to reset your password. We will not be responsible to you if there is unauthorised access to your account and/or unauthorised account activity as a result of your password becoming compromised, unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

1.4

We cannot guarantee that use of this website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site.

1.5

We cannot guarantee periods of availability of the website or that access to the website will be uninterrupted. Subject to clause 5, we shall not be liable to you in respect of any claim or loss (including for the avoidance of doubt any loss of profit, loss of business, wasted management time or other consequential loss) incurred by you which arises as a result of any downtime or non-availability of the website.

Please note that if you choose to order goods/services from those third-party suppliers, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier and we are not a party to any agreement that you enter into. We will not be responsible to you for any loss or damage you may suffer (however it may arise including our negligence) as a result of your access to or use of this website or any materials on this website except where the loss or damage is:

caused by any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability; or

6. TERMINATION

6.1

We make the Voucher Store service available to you at our discretion and may terminate your access to the service at any time without notice. Some circumstances in which we may choose to exercise our right to terminate your access to the service include (but are not limited to):

6.1.2

if you are in breach of these terms and conditions;

6.1.3

in the event that your child ceases to be enrolled at the school; or

6.1.4

if our agreement with the school for the provision of the Voucher Store scheme should terminate for any reason.

8. PURCHASING FROM US

8.1

To purchase from us you must be over 16 (over 18 if purchasing alcohol) and a resident of the UK. By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have both acknowledged your order and that it has been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods.

8.2

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our Customer Services Team immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. We are unable to rectify mistakes after this time, although you may still have the right to cancel described below under your right to cancel.

9. DELIVERY

9.1

We do not accept PO Box addresses for delivery. If these are entered it will delay the delivery as we will need to contact, you to obtain an alternative delivery address.

9.2

BHN reserve the right to defer the delivery date for circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to governmental actions, war, or threat of war, national emergency, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage, or requisition, act of God, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic or accident, import or export regulations or embargoes, labour disputes, default or delay of suppliers and sub-contractors; inability to obtain or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable material, fuel, parts machinery or labour, or a power failure or breakdown of machinery.

9.3

We aim to dispatch all gift card orders to all mainland addresses within 4 working days from the time the order is processed. Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands and islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to an additional 2 days. Please make claims for non-deliveries within 5 working days of placing your order.

9.4

We aim to issue all e gift codes within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

10. RETURNS POLICY

10.1

You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage and to ensure they are correct. In the unlikely event that any item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you should contact the Customer Service Team as soon as possible for advice via the Contact Us section of the site.

11. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

11.1

If you are a consumer then, subject to clauses 11.2 and 11.3 below, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your order and return the goods for no reason at all provided that you inform us in writing that you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you by completing the form attached to this link Cancellation Form.

11.2

Your right to cancel does not apply to the purchase of electronic vouchers (e-vouchers), gift vouchers and gift cards. E-vouchers can be resent if lost or deleted, but we are not liable for e-vouchers that are redeemed by a third party if an incorrect email address is provided on placing of an order. Please treat your gift vouchers and gift cards as cash, we cannot replace gift vouchers and gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to you.

11.3

If you choose to cancel, then you must take reasonable care of the goods and should return them in re-saleable condition. You must return the goods to us in the original packaging to Voucher Store, Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited, Blackhawk Network, Westside, London Road, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HP3 9TD, at your cost and risk. We advise you to ensure that the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 calendar days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first. You will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of us receiving the goods back from you.

12. OTHER INFORMATION OF WHICH YOU NEED TO BE AWARE

12.1

Any contract between us shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

12.2

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or services provided. If you have any doubts about your statutory rights, please contact your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

12.3

The parties to these terms do not intend that any of its terms will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person.
